There is no one solution to every problem and there is no magic wand to solve all issues.  There is hard work, experience and creativeness cultivated over many years of experience to solve the everyday issues that business owners and managers find themselves in.  We help solve management issues for companies through exploration of a full range of options available by through research, creativeness, experience and financial resources.  We use an academic and scientific approach applied in a practical format to solve everyday business issues.

Company Profile

The principals have owned, managed, and consulted to all size companies from pure startups to multimillion dollar corporations.  We have experience in numerous industries including retail, wholesale/distribution, manufacturing, food & beverage, apparel, telephony, radio, media, software, leasing and mail order.  We have served as personal consultants to both commercial and private business transactions for over two decades.

Having seen and experienced the difficulties from the economic oil spikes of the 70’s, record breaking interest rates of the early 80’s, the historic LBO environment of the mid 80’s, the banking and real estate depression of the early 90’s, the record breaking filings of bankruptcies in the past decade and the venture capital craze of the mid 90’s, the principals have created and implemented solutions in all market environments.

Leadership is the hardest skill to find and must be earned and instilled within the business organization.  We provide direction and a sense of control within the business environment.  These skills are taught through example and confidence that comes from experience.
